研究方向

主要研究方向:环境微生物组与生物信息学

结合传统分子生物学和多组学(宏基因组、宏转录组和宏蛋白组)技术,解析生态系统中碳、氮循环微生物分子生态学特点及其所处系统的微生物群落演替规律,实现功能微生物应用。具体研究方向包括:

1.氨氧化微生物机制研究与工程应用

2.不可培养微生物进化与生态学意义

3.不同生境中微生物群落组装和演替
