研究方向:

主要是以X射线晶体学、冷冻电镜等技术手段测定重要病原微生物以及宿主免疫相关蛋白质的三维结构,并结合多种生物化学与分子生物学技术阐明蛋白质之间的相互作用及其时空演化,以阐明病原微生物感染宿主的分子机制。为新型抗感染药物的研究提供蛋白质结构靶标,同时致力于发现具有抗感染作用的蛋白质药物。具体研究方向如下:

1. 病原菌耐药性生物被膜分子机制。主要研究病原微生物的生物被膜调控机制及其耐药机制。

2. 病原微生物与宿主相互作用机制。主要研究病原微生物毒力基因调控机制以及病原-宿主相互作用机制。

3. 抗感染蛋白质发现与改造。主要研究生物被膜降解机制以及抗生物被膜蛋白质的发现、改造及其临床应用。
