典龙阳,山东大学微生物改造技术全国重点实验室(研究院)教授,博士生、硕士生导师。山东省泰山学者青年专家、山东省海外优秀青年基金获得者、山东大学齐鲁青年学者第一层次人才。中国微生物学会永久会员,中国药学会高级会员,中国化学会会员。国家重点研发计划评审专家、教育部高等学校科学研究发展中心职称评审专家、学位论文评审专家。曾任以色列理工学院高级研究员,欧盟委员会基金研究助理;英国曼彻斯特大学博士后研究助理。目前主持国家自然科学基金、山东省泰山学者项目、山东省海外优秀青年基金、山东省自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金、山东大学齐鲁青年学者第一层次人才基金等项目。围绕微生物活性物质及高附加值化工产品,利用人工智能驱动合成化学和合成生物学,开展其相应的高效合成转化以及生物活性研究,在Chem. Rev. (2篇), Angew Chem. (2篇), Green Chem. (2篇)和ACS Catal.等杂志发表多篇高水平学术研究成果。

研究方向

以微生物化学创新药物研发与仿生人工智能为导向,在有机化学、药物化学和化学生物学领域开展前沿基础和应用研究。近期的主要研究方向包括:

1.有机合成方法学的开发,致力于碳碳键和碳杂键的高效构筑,特别关注化学反应的原子经济性和绿色环保性及其立体选择性控制;在此过程中,结合人工智能(AI)和合成生物学,开展相应的高附加值化学化工产品开发。

2.微生物创新药物研发,利用合成生物学和合成方法学手段,完成具有重要生理活性天然产物的合成与修饰,以及后期的构效关系和生物机制研究,从而为创新药物研发提供理论依据和化学实体;药物合成工艺开发,利用所发展的合成方法学和合成生物学策略,实现抗肿瘤、抗病毒和抗真菌等药物分子的合成工艺改进,以提高合成效率,降低生产成本,减少废物排放,进而实现技术成果转化;

3.极端环境下微生物资源挖掘、新型菌株鉴定及其功能开发,特别是在木质素以及固体废弃物等领域的应用。
