研究方向

科研工作围绕“黏细菌分子伴侣组的化学生态学”展开,旨在解决“如何更好地实现黏细菌资源的开发与利用”这一关键问题,主要包括以下几个方面:

1.黏细菌多拷贝分子伴侣组的功能分化、分子进化及其调控机制,为分子伴侣的进一步改造利用奠定基础;

2.分子伴侣对于次级代谢产物的影响及其在合成生物学领域的前瞻性应用,为沉默基因簇激活方法的建立提供启发;

3.改造利用分子伴侣组以实现黏细菌对病原菌的智慧捕食,有助于建立农业优异性状形成和演化规律的新范式;

4.非模式黏细菌遗传操作及菌群遗传改造技术的挖掘与探索,为其他非模式微生物的遗传改造提供借鉴和指导,有助于推进微生物稀缺资源的深度开发与利用。
